Rebooting your wi-fi router

Follow these easy steps to reboot your gateway or modem manually:
  1. Unplug the power cord from your router
  2. If your device has an internal battery, remove it
  3. Wait 20 seconds
  4. Replace the internal battery (if applicable)
  5. Plug the power chord back in
  6. Wait up to 10 minutes for your router to reboot
